**Google Review for Cherry Hill Mall - Employee Adam Morolda** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just had to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for an incredible employee at Cherry Hill Mall, Adam Morolda. My daughters and I were visiting the mall for the first time, and while we were having a great time, an unfortunate incident occurred that could have turned our day sour—but thanks to Adam, it ended on a high note! As we approached the escalator, I noticed a little girl looking frightened. I encouraged her to step in front of the escalator, while I was holding my 3-year-old's hand. In an unexpected moment, she tugged on my hand as I stepped onto the escalator, causing me to lose my balance. In an effort to protect her, I instinctively pulled her back, but my phone, which I was holding in my other hand, slipped from my grasp and fell into the water fountain about 10-12 feet down! Naturally, we all panicked. My sister alerted me to look for my phone in the water. When we got safely to the bottom of the escalator, I made sure my girls were settled on a bench before seeking help. That’s when I met Adam. I approached him and explained the situation. While a security guard was present, she unfortunately didn’t seem willing to assist, only stating that she couldn’t help without even asking about the specifics of where my phone landed. However, Adam didn’t give up! He immediately went under the escalator and, to my astonishment, was able to locate my phone right in the middle of the fountain. He first tried to jump down, and when that didn’t seem like a viable option, he quickly found a long stick and, with great care, managed to reach my phone and lift it out of the water! I couldn’t believe it—my phone came out with not even a small scratch on it, thanks to its water-resistant design! In a moment of stress and chaos, Adam truly acted as a Good Samaritan. His willingness to help and his determination to retrieve my phone made all the difference. I’m currently typing this revie

Troy and Clarissa were AMAZING, very welcoming 10/10 service , food was great, came out at the same time along with the drink, i ordered the hawaian goblet and it was delicious. They made sure to check on my friend and I . I will definitely be back and I love the christmas spirit. Very good enviroment

For someone who grew up in malls as a kid it's disheartening to see malls closing down and so empty all the time. But cherry Hill Mall still feels alive. The staff are helpful both mall and store staff. It is clean and always nicely decorated.

Family day out. Walked and shopped. Was not to crowed and found some great deals at Levi's and Columbia. Wifey had a good time at Zara and Unique.

The team does their very best to be reasonable about the purchase and overall discussions. The new place is very comfortable and everyone is professional. I’ve purchased my x60 and have enjoyed the experience with the automobile but enjoy the overall experience that I have had with other manufacturers. All cars today have too much technology to compete with our silly demands. I’ve had great experiences with two other Volvo Cars …

It's the holiday season! The mall is packed with last minute shoppers. But the holiday atmosphere is warm and cozy. Loved Apple Store and the welcoming and helpful store assistants. As soon as we stepped in just to look, we were greeted by Andrew and then we got whatever our questions answered. Then Justin helped us solve some problems. Thumbs up for you guys! 👍👍 Hot Topic is my daughter's favorite store. And Food Court is the place we would grab a quick meal or drink. There are stores big or small that will fill your needs.

Solid spot for shopping-over a hundred stores like Nordstrom, Zara, and Lululemon, plus great food options like The Capital Grille. It's clean, central, and got that classic mall vibe.

Great mall to walk and to browse. They do a good job of minimizing empty store fronts. Anchored by Nordstrom, Macy's, and JC Penney. Food court is rather small but it covers all of the basics (pizza, Chinese, fruit smoothies, ice cream, etc.). It can get really busy later in the day so go in the morning to avoid large groups of teenagers and large numbers of shoppers.

We ate at the Blue Fig Turkish restaurant on the rim of the Cherry Hill Mall. Food was excellent ++ Service was great. A bit pricy, but worth it for special celebrations. The food variety was awesome and I can't wait till go back again!

Last weekend, I went to Cherry Hill Mall. Maybe because it was close to Christmas, we had to wait for ten minutes to find a parking space. I also spent Christmas here twenty years ago. Many years have passed, but there haven't been too many changes. It made me feel like I was back in the past. 12/16/2025
